Ever Green Seeds & Saplings

You can find our place at 184 Alagesan Road in the Sai Baba Colony area. Most of our time is spent with hands in the dirt. All sorts of seeds and young saplings grow in our yard. It gets a bit crowded because we like having variety for the local gardeners. Watering everything and watching the sun is the main daily task. People from the neighborhood come by looking for things for their terrace or garden. A big corporate sign isn't something we have; you just see the plants sitting out. My hands are usually dirty by mid-morning. We started this because we liked growing things and it became a job. Waiting for things to sprout takes a lot of patience. Seeds are kept in packets and we label them by hand sometimes. The colony is a nice, quiet place to work compared to the city center. Fancy talk doesn't happen here; we just explain how to plant and water the saplings. Sometimes a plant doesn't make it, which is just part of nature. We just move on to the next batch. The work is steady and keeps us busy from morning till the sun goes down. If you walk down Alagesan Road, the green plants are easy to spot. It's just a small nursery run by people who like plants and flowers. We just keep on planting.
