Our office is right in the thick of it. We spend our time managing hotel operations and dealing with the usual daily chores that come with it. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of back and forth with staff and suppliers. Coimbatore is a good place to be for this kind of thing because people are sensible here. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. This is just a note from the folks who sit at the desks every day. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. Sometimes we forget to update the files or the coffee machine acts up, but the hotels keep running. The location on Avinashi Road is convenient for most of our partners to drop by. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our names. It feels like a real community. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a decent place for people to stay and keep the business healthy. It’s straightforward work for straightforward people.
