Mahan Marbles Pvt. Ltd. sits on a decent sized plot at F-55-56-A in the Riico Industrial Area. Having a couple of sections joined together gives us a bit more room to breathe, but it still fills up fast. Stone takes up a lot of space, and there is always more coming in. We spend our time checking the quality of the blocks and slabs that arrive. It’s a lot of physical labor. We don't have a polished showroom with bright lights. Most of our marble is sitting right there on the ground or on iron frames under the sun. It’s a bit of a maze if you don’t know where you are going. The guys working the cranes have a tough job making sure everything is placed safely. We just focus on getting the stone ready and out the door. The Riico area is always humming with some kind of activity, and we are just part of that rhythm. We don't put on any acts here. If you ask a question, we give you a straight answer about what we have in stock. The work is repetitive but it is what we know how to do. Some of the stone has beautiful patterns, but to us, it’s mostly about the weight and the logistics of moving it without breaking anything. That’s our life here.
