We are based out in Vinayakapuram, which is part of Adavibudugur near Palamaner. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the bigger cities like Tirupati or Bangalore, but we like the slower pace here in the Chittoor district. Our office is located at numbers 4-5. It is a very simple setup where we do all our development work and testing. Sprindev Technology started because a few of us wanted to stay in our hometown instead of moving away to the big tech hubs for work. We work on software and various other tech projects for different clients who need our help. It is not always easy being away from the main cities, but we make it work with what we have available. Our team is small and everyone knows each other quite well. We do not have a human resources department or a big management layer to deal with. We just sit together, talk, and figure things out. The office is functional, with enough desks and power outlets for everyone. Sometimes we have issues with the power going out or the water running low, but that is just part of life here. We do our best to stay on track with the work despite the small hiccups. Most of our days are spent in front of monitors, typing away at code. We do not do much in the way of fancy presentations or long meetings. If a client needs something, we just show them the progress we have made.
