Refac Enterprises

Refac Enterprises operates out of Chittoor, specifically in the Reddy & Reddys Colony. Our address is 10-13-503 A, which is a bit of a mouthful but easy to find once you are in the neighborhood. The colony is a mix of residential houses and small businesses like ours, so it has a lived-in feel to it. We do not have a big storefront with neon signs. Instead, we work out of a modest space that looks more like a home than a corporate office. Every morning starts with a bit of cleaning and checking the messages that came in overnight. Chittoor can get very warm, so we spend a lot of time making sure the ventilation is working right. Our team is small, mostly just a couple of us who have been working together for years. We handle all the chores ourselves, from answering the phone to packing up whatever needs to go out. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, and our desks are usually covered in files and notes. We do not follow a strict corporate schedule; if something needs to get done late, we stay and do it. We know our neighbors well and often stop to talk when we are heading out for lunch. It is a local operation through and through. We do not have any big slogans or fancy promises, just a commitment to showing up and doing the work as best as we can.
