Our office is a bit different because it’s out in Chittoor, in a place called Karnamvaripalli. It’s part of Thalupulapalle in the Puthalapattu area. The full address is 1-25, and we are care of Dasaradanaidu C. It’s not in a big city center, so it’s much quieter than most software places. We do our programming and software work right here in the village. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we are based. The air is a little cleaner than in the bigger towns. We have our setup inside with the internet and our computers. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or use the backup. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t have a corporate cafeteria; we usually just bring food from home or eat whatever is available nearby. The building is just a house really. We’ve turned part of it into our workspace. It feels more personal that way. We aren't trying to be like those big companies in Bangalore or Hyderabad. We just do our work here in Chittoor. People in the village know us as the software folks. It’s a steady routine. We get the work done and then go home to our families nearby. It’s a practical setup for us. We like the quiet pace of the village life while we work.
