Hotel Mayura

We are located at 209 in the T.P. Area. If you are looking for a fancy place with a lobby and a doorman, this isn't it. Our Hotel Mayura is more for the people who are working in the transport area or driving through. It’s a lot of concrete and trucks around here. The building is functional and doesn't have many frills. We have some rooms that are small but they get the job done. We spend a lot of our time making sure the beds are made and the bathrooms are scrubbed. It’s a bit of a dusty area, so there is always cleaning to be done. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who take turns watching the desk. It’s not the kind of place people come to for a vacation. It’s more of a place where you stop when you’re tired of being on the road. We’ve been in this spot for a few years and we know most of the regular drivers who pass through. We don't have a menu; usually, people just go to the dhabas nearby. We provide a roof and a bed, and that’s about it. It’s a straightforward business, and we like it that way. No complications or big promises, just a room for the night. We keep the water running and the lights on, and that's really all we aim for.
