Gr Hotel Gangothri

Gr Hotel Gangothri is located in Tirupati, right at the Leela Mahal Centre. We are tucked in beside a wine shop, which makes us easy to find if you know the crossroads. Being in Tirupati, we see a massive amount of people every single day. Most are pilgrims who have come for the temple and are tired from the long travel. Our hotel is a place where they can stop for a bit. It is not a luxury stay by any means. We have basic rooms and a dining area that is usually packed during the lunch hours. The noise from the traffic outside is constant because the Leela Mahal junction is one of the busiest spots in the city. You can hear the buses and autos all day long. We have a few staff members who have been here for years. They handle the check-ins and the cleaning of the rooms. We do not have a grand lobby or anything like that. You walk in, get your key or your food, and that is it. We focus on keeping the water running and the fans working, especially when it gets really hot in the summer months. Sometimes the crowd gets a bit impatient, but we just try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It is a no-frills kind of place for people who are on a budget or just passing through.
