Park Avenue Hotel

We are located in Tirupati, specifically near the Chandragiri area in Ictheychalli Village. It’s a bit of a distance from the main temple rush, which some people really like. The hotel is a simple building meant for travelers who need a place to sleep without paying too much. We don't have gold-plated faucets or a giant lobby, just clean rooms and a place to rest. A lot of people stay with us when they are visiting the fort or heading up the hill. The village surroundings mean it’s quieter here than staying right in the center of Tirupati town. We have a small staff of local people who help out with the rooms and whatever else guests need. It’s a basic operation. We don't do much in the way of advertising; mostly people find us online or through word of mouth. The roads around here are okay, and it's easy enough to get a ride into the main city from our spot. We've had families stay for a few days and solo travelers just passing through. It is just a regular hotel where we try to keep things running smoothly for everyone who checks in. There’s nothing corporate about how we work. We just show you to your room and let you get on with your trip. It’s a quiet corner for anyone who needs a rest after a long day of travel.
