The Golkonda Hotel

We are located at 9/142B, Gandhi Street here in Nagalapuram. The Golkonda Hotel has been a part of this Chittoor area for some time now. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you get to Gandhi Street, we are right there. The building isn't brand new, but we keep it tidy. We mostly see people traveling through Andhra Pradesh or folks who have business nearby. It’s not one of those huge luxury places you see in the big cities. We prefer it that way, to be honest. It’s quieter and more relaxed. Our staff lives around here too, so we know the area well. If you need to know where to eat or which bus to take, just ask. The rooms are basic but they have what you need for a night or two. We don't do all that fancy advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy during festivals, but that’s just life in 517589. We try to make sure everyone feels okay when they stay here. No big speeches or promises, just a place to sleep and a friendly face at the desk. We've been at this address for years and don't plan on going anywhere. It’s just how we do things in this part of the country. If you arrive late, someone will still be around to let you in.
