We are located at 14-7 on Ctm Road in Madanapalle. Gsar Engineers & Consultants is a small operation where we handle the more technical aspects of the building process. While some people focus on how a house looks, we spend our time making sure it is structurally sound and follows all the local rules. It involves a lot of calculations and looking at site conditions. Madanapalle is a growing town, and being on Ctm Road puts us right in the middle of the action. Our office is very basic—just some desks, computers, and a large table for spreading out blueprints. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. Usually, it’s just us working through the piles of paperwork that come with any construction project. We get a lot of local residents coming in who are a bit overwhelmed by the technical side of building their own homes. We try to explain things in plain English so they understand what needs to happen. Sometimes the heat in Madanapalle can make our site visits a bit tiring, but it’s a necessary part of making sure the work is done right. We don't really do any advertising; most of our clients come to us because a neighbor or a friend recommended our work. We just try to do a reliable job and keep things moving forward for everyone we work with.
