Larsen & Toubro Limited - Ecc

Our branch for Larsen & Toubro Limited - Ecc is actually running out of an apartment. It is Flat No 20 inside the Rajesh Apartments over in Giripuram Colony. The name on the door is V Chandrahas Reddy. Being in a residential building in Tirupati makes the office feel more like a home than a business. We are close to the main temple areas, but our specific street is usually quiet and calm. We have turned the main living space into a work area with desks and laptops everywhere. This is where we do all the planning and coordination for the ECC division. It can get a little crowded when the whole team is in the office, but we managed to make it work. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and tea throughout the day. You won't find a big receptionist or a lobby here. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door to see who it is. We prefer this kind of setup because it is easy to talk to each other without any walls in the way. It helps us stay focused on the engineering work without too much outside distraction. The people living in the other apartments are used to seeing us by now. It is a simple and effective way for us to keep things moving.
