Site Engineer

In Vanamaladinne village, I handle the responsibilities of a site engineer. I am the son of Venkatramana, and this has been my home for a very long time. My work takes me all across Punganur and other parts of the Chittoor district. It’s a rural area mostly, so the projects I see are quite varied. I don't run a corporate style business with flashy signs. My base is just here at the village address, 517247. I spend a lot of my time traveling between different sites to check on how the construction is progressing. I like being out in the field, even when the sun is beating down on us in Andhra Pradesh. It’s better than being stuck in an office. I look at the site levels, manage the materials, and make sure the structural basics are sound. People from the nearby mandals often just stop by the house if they have a project in mind. I don't use promotional language or try to act like a big firm. I’m just a local person who knows how to read a plan and get it built on the ground. My tools are simple and my approach is very direct. Engineering is about practical solutions, especially out here where resources can be tight. I just focus on the job at hand and try to do it right. It's a quiet but busy life in Chittoor, and that suits me just fine.
