Spire Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Spire Industries Pvt. Ltd. is situated over at Plot No. 1 in Phase-2. It is a fairly large plot, so we have enough room to breathe. When we first moved into this spot, Phase-2 was a bit different than it is now. There are more buildings around us today, but we were one of the earlier ones at this end of the road. It is a straightforward industrial setting. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and find someone in the main area. The guys in the back are always busy, so it can get a bit loud with the machinery and all. We have a small area where we sit and take our tea breaks, which is probably the most relaxed part of the day. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite warm, but we have got some fans going to keep things moving. We do not really do much in the way of decorating. We just have what we need to get the jobs done. It is a practical space for practical work. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we have a bit of a local feel even though it is an industrial unit. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever the week brings us. It is just how things go here at Plot No. 1 in our little corner of Phase-2.
