Ratlam Metal Industries

Ratlam Metal Industries is our small outfit over in Halol. We are at Plot No. 406 and 416 inside the Gidc Estate. Having two plots is helpful because things get cramped fast. The estate is always noisy with the sound of trucks and machines from the other units. We fit right in with the clanking sounds. We’ve been here in Halol for a long time. The walls of the shop are stained with oil and grease, which is normal for this kind of work. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished website. We just do the metal work as it comes in. Most of the time, we are wearing our old work clothes that are full of holes. We don't have any corporate meetings or fancy lunch breaks. We just eat our tiffins near the machines. The floor is concrete and it gets very cold in the winter. In the summer, the metal roof makes it feel like an oven. We just keep the water bottles full and keep going. We don't have any grand vision. We just want to make sure the pieces we cut and shape are okay. People in the Gidc Estate know where to find us if they need something. We keep the gates open and the lights on until the sun goes down. It is just a regular factory life for us here at Ratlam Metal. We just keep at it.
