Deepesh Parkar

I am Deepesh Parkar and I operate out of N-3 Cidco in Aurangabad. My address is 136/137, which is a bit of a combined space. Cidco is one of those areas that feels very planned out but still has that local touch. It is a bit different from the older parts of the city. Here, things are a little more spread out, though it’s still Aurangabad at the end of the day. I don’t have any big signs or fancy marketing. Most people around here just know me by my name. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, though you get the usual morning sounds of the neighborhood waking up. I spend most of my hours inside these walls getting through the pile of things I have to finish. It’s not a big operation. I don’t have a lot of staff running around or a receptionist at the front. It’s just a practical setup for someone who wants to get work done without any fuss. The weather here can be quite dry, so I usually keep the windows shut during the dusty months. I’ve been in this spot for a while and it suits me just fine. I think having a solid place to work is more important than having a flashy one. This is just where Deepesh Parkar is based, nothing fancy, just a regular guy in a regular neighborhood doing what needs to be done.
