Avinash Pawar

I’ve lived in Aurangabad for most of my life, and now I work out of my place at 79 Parijat Apartment in Pannalalnagar. My name is Avinash Pawar, and this is where you’ll find me every day. Osmanpura is a good neighborhood, quite central, which makes it easy for people to drop by. My setup is pretty basic, just a spare room I converted into an office with a decent desk and a few shelves for all the records I have to keep. It’s a bit cramped when more than one person visits, but we make it work with a couple of extra stools. I started this because I wanted to be my own boss and do things the right way without someone over my shoulder. It’s just me and sometimes a part-time helper when the paperwork gets out of hand. I don't spend any money on fancy signs or marketing because I think people just want someone honest they can talk to. Most of my work comes from people I’ve known for years or their relatives. It’s a slow and steady kind of life. I usually take a break in the afternoon when it gets really hot and then work a bit later into the evening when it’s cooler. I don't have a website or any big plans to expand. I’m just happy doing what I do here in my little corner of the city. It’s practical, it’s real, and it keeps me busy throughout the week.
