We are over in Dharampur, Harpalpur. The company is registered at Suvodh Singh’s place. It is a very rural setting, which makes sense since we are all farmers. We aren't a big corporation with lots of levels of management. It is just Suvodh and a few of us from the village trying to manage our crops better. We mostly deal with the stuff we grow right here in the local fields. The meetings usually happen on a porch or in a small front room. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. Word of mouth is how most people know about us in Harpalpur. We spend a lot of time talking about the soil and the rain, because that’s what actually matters to our business. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to get the paperwork filed or to see about a buyer, but mostly we stay right here. It is an honest way to make a living. We don't use any complicated business words. We just talk about seeds, fertilizer, and the price of grain. The village life is slow, but the work is constant. There is always a tractor that needs fixing or a field that needs checking. We are just a group of neighbors trying to make sure our families are taken care of through our collective farming efforts. It is as simple and as tough as that. We don't expect things to be easy, we just keep at it. Every day is another chance to get things done.
