Zoom International

Our office is tucked away in Sowcarpet at Ramlakhan Chambers 19/20. If you know General Muthia Street, you know it's always crowded and noisy outside. Zoom International is in Suite No. 16 on the ground floor, which makes it easier for carrying stuff in and out. It’s a tight space, but we make it work. We've got desks crammed in and shelves full of files and samples. Most of our day is spent on the phone or tracking shipments. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a practical place where we do our business. The lighting isn't great, and the fan makes a clicking noise, but it's home for us during the work week. Being in Sowcarpet means there's always good food nearby for lunch, which is a plus. We deal with a lot of different people coming through the door. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once. We handle trade and logistics stuff, mostly. It involves a lot of paperwork and making sure the details are right so things don't get stuck somewhere. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just open up in the morning, get through the list of things to do, and head home when the work is finished. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering calls to packing boxes. That’s just how life is at Zoom International. We keep the paperwork moving.
