We don’t have any big managers or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just knows what they have to do. We don't use a lot of fancy language when we talk about our business. We just say we do tech work. Sometimes we have tea breaks together and talk about regular things like the weather or local news. It’s a very human way of working. We don't have a fancy mission or a vision statement hanging on the wall. We just want to get our projects finished on time. The office is a bit lived-in, with some stacks of papers here and there, but we like it that way. It feels real. We are just local people working in Anakaputhur.
