Our office is on Jagadambal Street in T Nagar, which is one of the busiest parts of Chennai. We are on the first floor of the building that is now called New No. 11, though people still sometimes refer to it as Old No. 6. It’s a bit of a crowded area with all the shops and people around, but our street is slightly quieter than the main roads. We have a very basic office setup here. It’s just a few rooms with desks and computers where we work on our technology projects. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big lobby for visitors. Most of the time, it’s just us and the noise of the ceiling fans. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of T Nagar. We usually head out for lunch at one of the nearby spots, and there are plenty of good places to choose from. We aren't a huge corporation, so we don't have a lot of rules or a strict hierarchy. Everyone just does their part. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when we have a tight deadline, but we try not to let it get to us. We just focus on the code and the systems we are building. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far without needing any big marketing campaigns.
