If you walk down Arcot Road toward the Karpagam Studio Complex, you’ll find us at number 87. Saligramam is a busy neighborhood, and our shop is right in the middle of all that noise and activity. We’ve spent most of our lives dealing with compressors, coils, and refrigerant gas. It’s not the cleanest work, as our hands are usually covered in some kind of grease or dust by the end of the day. The shop is packed with spare parts and old units that people have brought in for us to look at. We don't have a lot of space for a showroom, so most of the stuff is just stacked where it fits. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find a specific copper pipe or a fan motor because things get moved around so much. People in Chennai know how bad the heat gets, so we’re always on our toes during the summer months. We aren't big on making promises we can't keep. If a machine is too old to fix, we’ll just tell you straight. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting under a fan, trying to figure out why a particular unit isn't cooling right. We get a lot of locals who just drop by to ask a quick question or to see if we have a part in stock. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way. No corporate meetings, just tools and work.
