Vstartu Technology Solutions Private Limited is based over at 1/54-29 on Butt Road in St. Thomas Mount. It’s a recognizable area for anyone who spends time in this part of the city. The building we are in is quite old, but it has character and keeps the sun out fairly well. Our workspace is pretty crowded because we’ve gathered a lot of hardware over time. There are cables everywhere and stacks of old keyboards in the corner that we keep meaning to clear out. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our screen and say hello. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We spend the bulk of our time writing code or fixing bugs, and usually, there’s some music playing in the background to drown out the street noise. The walk to the local food stalls at lunchtime is a routine we never skip. It gives us a break from the monitors. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around, just in doing what we do without a lot of fuss. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really cares about that as long as the servers are running. It’s a practical setup for a group of people who just enjoy tech work. We like being in St. Thomas Mount and seeing the neighborhood change while we stay the same.
