It’s a bit of an interesting setup because we are in an apartment building, specifically at No.8-12, 1A. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a massive office block. Chennai can be a very loud and fast-paced city, but our little corner in Kilpauk stays relatively calm. We work on various technology projects throughout the week. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a smaller, more focused operation. We don’t have layers of management or complicated rules. We just get together, figure out what needs to be done, and do it. The apartment has been converted into a proper workspace with all the gear we need. Sometimes we have to move boxes out of the way to get to the printer, but that’s just part of life in a smaller office. We like being in this part of Chennai because it’s central and easy to describe to people. We don't use any corporate jargon here. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we work with tech. It’s a simple answer for a simple way of doing business. We spend most of our time at our desks, making sure everything is working as it should. We usually keep the kitchen stocked with biscuits for our afternoon tea break.
