Our office is located within the Tamil Nadu Housing Board area in Ayappakkam, specifically at unit R. 8142. This part of town is in the Thiruvallur district side of Chennai. It is a large residential and commercial area, and it took us some time to find the right spot when we first started. We do engineering work and technical consulting. The office is very practical. We have some sturdy desks, a few cabinets for our files, and our computers. We have been based here for a long time now. Most of our staff live in the surrounding neighborhoods, so we are very much a local business. We do not have any big corporate events or fancy meetings. Usually, we just sit around a table and discuss the day's tasks over a cup of tea. There is a lot of building work going on in Ayappakkam, so it can be a bit dusty sometimes, but we do not mind much. We just keep the windows closed and focus on the blueprints or the data on our screens. When people visit us, they see a normal office where people are working hard. We do not try to be something we are not. We just do the work and try to be helpful to the people we work with. It is a solid place to be and we plan to stay here for many more years.
