Vi Micro Systems

Our workspace for Vi Micro Systems is at No. 10, Rajievnagar, on the I-Main Road in Perungudi, Chennai. It is a bit of a quiet corner compared to the busy IT corridors nearby. The building is a simple structure that we have been using for quite a while. Inside, it is mostly filled with workbenches, soldering irons, and various electronic components. We do not have a big glass storefront or anything fancy like that. It is a place where we actually build and fix things. The street is a bit narrow, so we usually park our two-wheelers right up against the wall to leave room for others. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play cricket nearby, and we have to watch out when we are heading out. We do not have a professional cleaning crew, so we just take turns sweeping the place out every morning. It is a small operation. We know the regular customers who come by, and they know us. We do not spend money on big ads or marketing. We just focus on the hardware sitting on our desks. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so we keep the curtains drawn to stay cool. It is a humble setup, but it has got everything we need to do our work. Most of us have been here for years, and we have seen the area grow and change around us. It is just a steady, local business.
