You can find us at Plot No. 463 within the Sidco Industrial Estate. It’s a busy area, as most industrial estates are. There’s always something happening around here, whether it’s deliveries arriving or someone fixing a gate nearby. We at Vemasi Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. have been working out of this location for a good while. The space is functional. We have our office area and the production floor, and they both get plenty of use. It’s not the kind of place you see in fancy magazines. It’s got a bit of wear and tear, which shows we actually do work here. The Sidco estate is pretty large, so sometimes visitors get turned around trying to find Plot 463, but we’re there. The coffee in the breakroom isn't great, but it gets us through the afternoon slump. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. There isn't much hierarchy or formal nonsense. If something breaks, we fix it. If a client calls, we answer. We don't spend a lot of time on marketing or trying to sound like something we aren't. We’re just a local business trying to stay productive in a competitive environment. The winters are okay here, but the rains can make the roads around the estate a bit messy. Still, we like it here. It’s where our business lives and breathes every day. It’s just a normal spot for a normal team to do their work.
