You can find us over at No.27/1 on Jambulingam Street in Nungambakkam. It’s an old neighborhood with a lot of character, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street over the years. Velavan Impex Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a while, and the locals all know where we are. The building isn't new, so there’s always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a door that squeaks every time someone walks in. We don't mind it much, it feels like home. The morning traffic in Nungambakkam can be pretty rough, so most of the staff tries to get in early before the noise really picks up. Once we’re inside No.27/1, it’s just the usual business of the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking ledgers. There isn't a lot of space for anything extra, so every corner is used for something. We’ve got a few old chairs that have seen better days but are still comfortable enough for a long shift. It’s a tight-knit group here, and we mostly just focus on getting through the tasks at hand. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. It’s just us, working away on Jambulingam Street and trying to keep everything running smoothly without too much fuss or extra stress at the end of the day.
