We are based at 20, Parthasarathy Gardens in the Alwarpet area. Value Software Technologies Ltd. has been in this location for quite some time now. Alwarpet is a pleasant part of the city to work in, and our office is tucked away in a spot that isn't too loud. The workspace is very functional. We have rows of computers where the team spends most of their day coding and testing things out. It is not a flashy place with modern art or designer furniture. It is just a place where work gets done. There are usually stacks of notebooks and old coffee cups around, which is just how we are. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Most of our planning happens while we are sitting at our desks or grabbing lunch together. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build software and try to make sure it works properly for everyone. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and we don't worry too much about corporate titles. Everyone helps out where they can. We have stuck with this location because it is convenient and it feels right for the size of our company. We just keep our focus on the code and the tasks at hand. It is a simple, hardworking environment that suits us just fine.
