You can find us over at 124, Kamarajar Salai, in Alwartirunagar, Valasaravakkam. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially during rush hour, so we’ve gotten used to the sound of traffic outside our window. Value Ibms Solutions Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a big name, but we’re really just a group of people who know a lot about building management systems. We spend a lot of time looking at schematics and trying to make sure everything in a building talks to everything else properly. It’s more complicated than it looks, but we enjoy the challenge. Our office is functional. We’ve got some storage in the back for parts and a front area where we handle the day-to-day stuff. We aren't the type to use big words just to sound smart. If something is broken, we say it’s broken and then try to fix it. Being in Valasaravakkam is good for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily, even if the commute is a bit of a headache sometimes. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a calendar with deadlines and a list of parts we need to order. It’s a practical business run by people who actually like the work. We just take things one day at a time here on Kamarajar Salai and try to be helpful whenever we can.
