We’ve set up shop at No. 192 on the 1st Main Road in Sri Lakshmi Nagar, which is part of Valasaravakkam. It’s a mostly residential area, so it’s got a different feel than the big commercial districts. We’re right there on the main road, though, so we see everyone walking their dogs or heading to the shops. Our place is pretty straightforward. It’s just an office with the usual furniture and some files piled up. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. When you come in, you’re usually talking to one of us who has been here all day. We handle a bit of everything, and the phone rings more than we’d like sometimes. Valasaravakkam has grown a lot, and being in Sri Lakshmi Nagar feels like being in the middle of a real community. We know the shopkeepers nearby and where to get the best lunch on the corner. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. There’s no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs and trying to get home on time. Some days are slow and we just chat, and other days we are running around trying to get things sorted before the weekend. It’s a simple life and we like being part of the neighborhood. It keeps us grounded and gives us a sense of belonging.
