You can find Quno Ladies Dress Designer down in the basement of Rahat Plaza. We are at Shope No. 14. Rahat Plaza is located at 17/21 Arcot Road in Vadapalani. It’s a bit cooler down here in the basement during the summer months, which is nice. We spend our days working on different dresses and designs. The space isn't huge, but it fits our sewing machines and the tables we use for cutting fabric. Being on Arcot Road means there is always a lot of noise from the buses and cars outside, but down here it’s a little quieter. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. People come down the stairs and find us tucked away in the corner. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s just a place where we sit and work. There are usually scraps of thread and fabric on the floor by the end of the day. We try to keep it tidy but when you're busy making things, it gets cluttered. Vadapalani is a busy area, so there’s always something happening nearby. We just stick to our routine. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us doing the sewing and taking measurements. Sometimes we have a cup of tea while we wait for the next person to come in. It's a regular local business and we stay fairly occupied with the work.
