Woodpecker Besant Nagar

We’ve been here at Woodpecker Besant Nagar for quite a while now. If you know the area near Church Road on 7th Avenue, you’ve probably walked right past our door. We’re over at Old No 32-T, which is New No 40 these days, just down the street from the Karnataka Bank. It’s a busy little corner of Besant Nagar. Most mornings start with the sound of traffic picking up and people heading toward the beach. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular place where we get our work done day in and day out. Sometimes the humidity from the ocean makes things a bit sticky, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We have seen shops come and go on this road, but we stay put right here near the bank. People stop by asking for directions sometimes because the old and new numbering can get a bit confusing for folks who aren't from around here. We don't mind. It's just how things go in this part of town. The building itself has its quirks, maybe a creaky door or two, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. It isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we are here every day from early morning until the sun goes down. It is a decent spot to be.
