Helvetica Swiss Watch Boutique Mount Road

We've been at Spencer Plaza for a while now, specifically on the first floor in the second phase. If you're walking near Rayala Towers on Anna Salai, you'll find us at shop 49-F. It’s a busy spot but we like it here on Mount Road. We handle a lot of Swiss watches. It's mostly just us working through the day, making sure the displays look okay and helping whoever walks in. People come in looking for something specific or just to kill time while shopping in the mall. We try to keep things quiet and straightforward. Dealing with watches requires a bit of focus, especially the Swiss ones that have all those tiny parts inside. We don't really do big speeches or fancy sales pitches. Usually, it's just a conversation about what someone needs or which brand they like. Sometimes the mall gets loud, but our shop stays pretty calm. The lighting in here is something we're always fiddling with to make sure the watches look right. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, but we get by. We also spend time answering the phone and telling people how to find Spencer Plaza because the mall is so big and confusing for newcomers. Most of our regulars know exactly where to find us between the other shops. We just focus on the watches and making sure the batteries or straps are sorted out when someone asks. It's a job we enjoy doing every day.
