We run Usp Packaging Solutions Pvt Ltd. out of 4/6, State Bank Colony in Shastri Nagar, Adyar. It is a nice enough neighborhood, mostly residential with some businesses tucked away like ours. Our space is functional and focuses on our packaging work. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly stacks of materials and machines for the packaging. We have a small office section where we handle the orders and talk to customers on the phone. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. Adyar is a good place to be, and being in State Bank Colony means it's a bit quieter than the main road. We’ve been at this address for several years and know the postman and the local shopkeepers well. We don't go in for fancy decor. Our walls have charts and schedules on them instead of pictures. Most of the time, we are just focused on getting the orders ready for dispatch. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in where needed. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of trouble navigating the colony streets, but we always manage to make it work. It’s a straightforward, local operation where we just focus on the task at hand every day without any fuss. We prefer it this way because it feels more personal and real.
