We operate out of KGEYES Enclave, which is at number 66 on T.M. Maistry Street in Thiruvanmiyur. It’s a residential-feeling area, so our office at Upforz Technologies Private Limited has a bit of that homey vibe. It’s definitely not a sterile or cold office building. We have windows that look out onto the street, and we can see all the neighborhood activity throughout the day. Thiruvanmiyur is a nice part of Chennai, and being in an enclave makes it feel a bit more private and quiet. We have our desks set up in a way that works for us, even if the room gets a bit cramped when everyone is in. We don't have a big corporate culture or strict rules. We just talk to each other like normal people. If there's a problem with a project, we just sit down and fix it. If the tea is late, we just wait. It's a very human atmosphere. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also take breaks to walk around the block. The salt air from the coast isn't too far away, which is nice. We aren't trying to sell you a dream or anything like that. We are just a group of people working together in this specific spot. Our address is easy enough to find, but we aren't flashy about it. We just do our work, manage our tasks, and try to keep things running smoothly.
