Uniq 3D Interiors

Uniq 3D Interiors is located on the second floor of Raj Plaza on Bricklin Road. We are pretty close to Megala Theatre in Purasawalkam. This part of Chennai is always crowded and loud, but we like the energy. Our office is number 16. We spend a lot of time looking at screens, trying to figure out how a room will look before any hammers start swinging. It’s a lot of back and forth. A client says they want one thing, then they see the 3D version and realize they actually want something else. That’s just part of the process. We don't have a fancy showroom. Instead, we have a lot of catalogs and some material samples piled up in the corners. Purasawalkam has a lot of history, and we work on both old houses and new apartments. Each one has its own set of problems. Sometimes the walls aren't straight or the wiring is a mess. We just take it as it comes. We aren't a big corporate company; we’re just a local team that knows the area well. Most of our day is spent on the phone with vendors or visiting sites to make sure things are moving along. It’s a lot of legwork. We don't make big claims about being the best; we just try to get the job done so the customer can finally move into their place.
