Down on Nungambakkam High Road, you’ll find Arcade Centre at 110/1. Unipro Tech Solutions Private Limited is up on the second floor there. It’s a well-known part of town, so it’s easy enough for people to find us, even if the traffic on the High Road is a nightmare most afternoons. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our workstations set up and a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It’s not the kind of place with a gym or a nap room. We come in, do our work, and go home. Some of the staff have been here for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The building has that lived-in feel, which we don't mind. It makes it feel less like a cold corporate office. We deal with various technical tasks and sometimes it gets a bit stressful when things aren't clicking, but we usually figure it out. We don't have a lot of formal rules about how things should be said or done; we just talk to each other like regular people. If someone has a problem, they just say so. It’s a straightforward environment. We’re not trying to impress anyone with a flashy office; we just want to make sure the work we do is solid. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but we try to keep a balance.
