We are based out of Suite No. 1168 in Perungudi, right at G1, 4/608 on V.O.C Street. It’s tucked away in the Kottivakkam area, which is a bit of a trek depending on where you're coming from in Chennai. Ultrasand India LLP has been operating from this corner for a bit. We focus on the sand side of construction. It’s one of those things people don't think about until they're missing a pile of it on a Tuesday morning. We try to make sure that doesn't happen. Our space here isn't large, just enough for the computers and some files. We’re in that zone between Mylapore and Triplicane essentially, though the address says 600041. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and stay busy with the logistics. Most of what we do involves talking to sites and making sure the quality of the sand is what they expected. There’s no secret to it, just keeping track of the trucks and the weight. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just the one that actually answers the phone when a contractor is in a bind. It's a lot of coordination and a bit of luck with the traffic. We just show up every day and do the job as best as we can with what we have.
