We are based at No 31/62 Vaidyanathan Street, right in the middle of the Egmore and Nungambakkam area of Chennai. Being in this part of town means we are always surrounded by activity, which is both good and bad. The building is an older one, so it has some character that you don’t find in those new glass towers. Our office space is filled with computers, cables, and various bits of hardware that we use for our daily operations. It’s a bit cramped at times, especially when we have a lot of stuff delivered, but we’ve managed to organize it so everyone has their own space to work. The street outside is usually lined with parked bikes and people moving about, so it feels very much like a typical Chennai neighborhood. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or corporate jargon. Most of our day is spent sitting at our desks, typing away or discussing how to fix a particular system issue. We usually get our tea from the shop at the corner, and that’s often when we do our most important brainstorming. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets stressful, but the team here is solid and we just keep pushing forward together. We don't try to be something we are not.
