We are located at 250, P H Road in Chennai, which is a pretty busy part of the city to be in. If you know this area, you know the traffic can be a real headache during peak hours, but it also means we are close to everything we need. The office itself is just a regular setup where the team gathers to handle the daily workload. There’s nothing too fancy about the interior, just enough desks for everyone and a tiny corner for making tea or coffee. Most of us have been working together here for a while, so we’ve got a bit of a routine going. We usually head out in groups to find some lunch at the local spots nearby, as there are plenty of small eateries on this stretch of P H Road. The noise from the main road can be a bit loud sometimes, but you eventually stop noticing it after a few weeks of working here. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with long meetings about nothing. Instead, we just talk across the desks when something needs fixing or a new project comes in. It’s a practical environment and we just try to keep up with the tasks at hand without making things more complicated than they need to be. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always on full blast while we work.
