Tio India Corporation

Tio India Corporation is located at 76, Godown Street in N Panjamaptti. As you can probably guess from the street name, it’s an area full of warehouses and storage spaces. Our place is basically a large godown where we keep a lot of inventory. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a shopping experience. It’s more about moving boxes and loading vehicles. The air inside is always a bit cool because of the high ceilings, but it gets dusty quickly. We have stacks of crates and pallets all over the floor. Sometimes it’s a bit of a maze trying to get from one end to the other. There is always the sound of trucks idling outside or people shouting to coordinate the loading. We don’t have a fancy office, just a small desk area near the front gate where we handle the delivery notes. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of numbers. We don't use much in the way of marketing because our business comes from the regular flow of trade in this district. People know we’re here on Godown Street. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right trucks without too much trouble. It’s a busy, noisy environment, but we’ve been doing it for long enough that it just feels normal to us now. It’s just a standard day of logistics and hard work.
