Tib Academy Private Limited is located at No.7/2, Lakshmi Nivas, which is on the Third Seaward Road in Valmiki Nagar. If you know Thiruvanmiyur, you know how nice the breeze can be coming off the ocean. We are at No.6 on that same stretch, and it’s a fairly quiet residential part of Chennai. Being in Valmiki Nagar means we are close to the beach, which is a nice perk for when we finish work in the evenings. The building, Lakshmi Nivas, has been around for a while and feels like a home. It doesn't have that cold, glass-and-steel corporate look at all. Inside, the rooms are converted into our workspace. We have some desks pushed against the walls and a few chairs scattered around. It feels very informal and relaxed. The traffic on the main Thiruvanmiyur roads can be a nightmare, but once you turn into the Seaward roads, everything calms down a lot. We see people walking their dogs or going for morning runs past our window. It’s a good environment for us to stay focused. We don’t go in for big mission statements or flashy ads. We just show up at Lakshmi Nivas every morning and do our thing. It’s a comfortable spot and we’ve grown quite fond of the neighborhood and the sound of the birds in the trees outside our window.
