Thoughtflair Technology Private Limited

Thoughtflair Technology is based out of West Mambalam, specifically in the Mahalakshmi Flats. Our unit is 11-B, which is part of the A4-Flat section on Pillaiyar Koil Street. If you’ve ever been to West Mambalam, you know it’s a very busy place with lots of narrow streets and people everywhere. Finding parking can be a real headache on Pillaiyar Koil Street, so most of us just use public transport or two-wheelers to get in. The office is inside a residential apartment building, so it feels very much like a home. We have a few rooms set up with workstations and some basic networking gear. It’s not a shiny corporate environment at all. We have the usual stuff you’d find in an office, like a printer that jams occasionally and a water dispenser that always seems to run out at the wrong time. Being in West Mambalam means we are close to plenty of small eateries and temples, which gives the whole place a specific kind of energy. We focus on technology work, though we don't spend much time talking about "innovation" or anything like that; we just fix things and build things as they come. The neighbors in the other flats are used to us being here by now. It’s a tight space, but it works well for the type of team we are and what we do.
