T. E. Impex

T. E. Impex is tucked away in Thirunagar at No. 15/78. The new address is No. 19, on the 13th Street of the 15th Block. It can be a little confusing for delivery drivers the first time they come here. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. Our work is mostly about importing and exporting specific goods that our customers need. It involves a lot of sitting at desks and making sure the numbers match up. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group trying to do a good job. The space we have is filled with files and some samples of the things we trade. Thirunagar is a good community and we like being part of it. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us for years. The day starts early here because we have to deal with different time zones sometimes. It’s not always easy, but it keeps the lights on. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just move things from one country to another and make sure the paperwork is legal. It’s practical, honest work and we take it one day at a time. Sometimes we have a coffee together and talk about the latest shipping rates.
