Brownwood Traders

You can find Brownwood Traders on the second floor of the Dheen Estate Building. That’s at No. 42 Moores Street in Mannady. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve been here for a good bit now. The Mannady area is always bustling with traders and people moving goods, so it’s a good spot for us to be. The office itself is nothing special, just a place where we sit down to handle the books and talk to customers. We deal with various trading goods, and the inventory changes depending on what’s in demand. It’s often a bit messy with samples and papers scattered around the desks, but we know where everything is. The building has that old feel to it, which we actually like. It’s got character. We’re usually here from morning until late evening, trying to keep up with the market. Sometimes it’s just one person holding down the fort, other times it’s a bit more crowded. We don’t really have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just do our work and try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. Moores Street can be quite narrow, so parking is always a bit of a gamble. If you’re coming to see us at Brownwood Traders, it’s best to just walk from the main road. We’re just a bunch of people trying to make a living in the trading world.
