Aims Impex Chennai

Aims Impex Chennai is located at No. 5 Nethaji Street, right off the Velachery Main Road in Pallikaranai. If you know the area, you know how busy that main road gets with all the traffic heading towards the city. Nethaji Street is a bit tucked away, so we get a little bit of a break from the noise, but not much. We have got a small team here working out of a ground-floor space. It is basically just a big room filled with boxes and a couple of workstations near the front. We spend a lot of our time checking over lists and making sure the logistics are sorted out. The humidity can be really something in Pallikaranai, so we usually have the door open to let a breeze in. It is not a high-tech office with glass walls or anything like that. It is a practical space where we can get our hands dirty when needed. Sometimes we have to move stuff around manually when the forklift is being used elsewhere. It is just the daily routine of an impex business. We know the local tea shop owner by name, and he brings us chai every afternoon. It is a small detail, but it makes the long days better. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep everything moving through the system as smoothly as we can manage.
