You’ll find Tetraforzasoft Llp over in the Guindy Industrial Estate, at 12C / 1 on 3rd Cross Street in the South Phase. Being in an industrial estate means there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around nearby, which we’ve grown to enjoy. It feels like a place where things actually get made. Our office is tucked away in one of the older buildings. It’s not the most modern space, but it’s got plenty of room for our team. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just a small group of people who enjoy working on software. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs don't all match, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We don't have a lot of meetings or long presentations. We usually just talk across the desks when we need to figure something out. Chennai is a big city, but here in Guindy, it feels like its own little world. We have our favorite spots for lunch and we know the guys who run the tea stall around the corner. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the complicated corporate talk. We just focus on the code and making sure everything works like it should. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. We show up, do the work, and try to do right by the people we work for.
