Tenjumps Softech Private Limited

Being up on the 9th floor of the IIT Madras Research Park gives us a pretty good view of Tharamani, though we don't spend much time looking out the windows. We’re Tenjumps Softech Private Limited, and we’ve been part of this tech hub for a bit now. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the energy in this building is different from a regular office block. You see people from all sorts of startups and research groups in the elevators. We’re just a small group of people who like solving software problems. Our space isn't huge, but we’ve made it comfortable with some old chairs and way too many monitors. It’s not the kind of place where people wear shiny shoes. We’re more about comfort since we’re here quite a bit. Working in Chennai means dealing with the humidity, but thankfully the research park has decent cooling. You won't find a mission statement on the wall here. Instead, we just show up and start on whatever needs doing that morning. It’s a lot of coding, testing, and sometimes scratching our heads when something doesn't work right away. We appreciate being in a spot with so much knowledge around us. It keeps us grounded and focused on the practical stuff.
