Our office is tucked away on 2nd Main Road over in Anna Nagar East. If you’re looking for us, keep an eye out for Old No-3, which is now New No-51. It’s one of those things about Chennai addresses that can get a little confusing for people who aren't from around here. We’ve been set up at Templetech Innovations Private Limited for some time now. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of layers. It’s just a small team working on different tech ideas. Most of us have been living in Chennai for years, so we know the local rhythm well. The office is pretty basic, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on computers, probably too much if you ask our families. Lunch is usually a quick break where we talk about everything except work. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just take the projects as they come and try to do a solid job. Sometimes things go smooth, other times we have to stay late to fix a bug or finish a task. That’s just how it goes when you’re building something. We like the independence of being a private limited company and having the freedom to work our own way without a boss in another country watching every move.
